David Leach, Chairman
Mr. Leach is Chairman of the Datatrac Board of Directors. Before accepting this position, he was COO of Procuri Inc., an Atlanta-based company that is the leader in strategic sourcing software for enterprises. Prior to Procuri, he co-founded Harbinger Corporation in Atlanta in 1983. Harbinger provided software, value-added network services, business process outsourcing services, and consulting to enable companies of all sizes to send and receive electronic documents and manage their supply and demand chains. He held positions as VP of Marketing and Sales, President of the Financial Services Division, COO, CEO, Vice Chairman and Acting Chairman over a 17-year career with the company. He grew Harbinger to $155 million in revenue with $20 million in operating income and was instrumental in the sale of the company in June 2000 for $1.3 billion. Since then, he has consulted to several companies in Atlanta to create growth strategies, assist with M&A decisions, and provide guidance and counseling to CEOs. He holds his BA from Sheffield University in England and his MBA from Harvard University. He is also a CPA.
Marcel Timmer
Mr. Timmer is a partner at Logispring, a venture capital firm focused on building businesses for global supply networks. In 1993, he began his career at UPS, where he held several marketing and sales positions in the Benelux region, Germany and the United Kingdom, and eventually served as the marketing supervisor for the Benelux region. Prior to joining Logispring, he worked for TNT (formerly TPG), the 10.1B euro express, logistics, and postal operator based in the Netherlands, where he managed strategy development and played a key role in several large acquisitions and joint ventures in Europe and Asia. Prior to its acquisition, Mr. Timmer worked at KPN, the Dutch telecom and postal operator where he successfully launched a new commercial, pan-European parcel service for PTT Post. He graduated from the University of Amsterdam with a BS degree in Marketing and a master's degree in Business Economics.
Michelle Fortier
Ms. Fortier is a principal at Megunticook Management, a Boston-based investment firm.. Prior to Megunticook, Michelle was at Riverside Partners, another private equity firm. In addition to membership on the Datatrac Board of Directors, Ms. Fortier also sits on the Boards of Isis Maternity, Prairie iNet, and Verrillon and is an observer at Aegis Lightwave and South Florida Media Group. She holds an M.B.A from Stanford Business School along with a B.A. in Asian Studies and a B.E. in Engineering from Dartmouth University.
John R. Oren
Mr. Oren founded RoadLink USA, Inc., (now owned by Fenway Partners) an intermodal transportation company in 1998, serving as Chairman and CEO during his tenure. Mr. Oren was a founder of US Delivery Systems (now Velocity Express Corporation (NASD-"VEXP"). and Transportation Components USA (NYSE - "TUI"). Mr. Oren currently serves as Chairman of Pinch Holdings LLC, an investment business with controlling interest in several transportation businesses. He is a Director of GMOB, LLC, an investment firm specializing in the acquisition of companies focused on automotive parts warehousing and distribution. Mr. Oren also serves on the board of Advance Online Solutions, an eLearning company. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston in 1974.
Henry D. Dixon
Mr. Dixon founded Datatrac Corporation in 1977 and was the company's sole owner and Chief Executive Officer until 2001. Mr. Dixon currently owns and actively participates in the day to day operations of ReMartUSA Inc, an internet reseller of aftermarket auto parts. In addition to serving on the Datatrac Board of Directors, he is also member of the Board of Directors of Efill America Inc, a national warehousing company with over 130 warehouse facilities located throughout North America. Mr. Dixon received a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelors Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida. He received a CPA certificate in 1974 while working as a senior systems and business consultant for Arthur Andersen & Co.
