All of us at Datatrac are sincerely concerned about the state of our customers who are suffering losses from the horrific destruction caused by Sandy. Our hearts and thoughts go out to all of you and hope that you and your families are safe and without injury. We can only imagine the impact the storm is having on your personal lives as well as the impact it must be having on your ability to do business. We want to help in any way we can. Our entire support staff is available 24/7 to provide emergency and after hours support as needed. We have designated Luanne Allen to be our point person for any of our customers with special needs and/or recovery assistance. Our support line is 800.827.8722. Any calls received from customers affected by the storm will receive priority one treatment. If you do not utilize our hosted services and your in-house servers are not operational, we may be able to get you operating quickly by setting your company up in our hosted server environment on a temporary basis. This would allow you to set up a remote operations center at any location that has access to the internet. If your data is readily available on some backup media, we may even be able to get you fully operational in a relatively short period of time. If your data is not available, you could still enter and receive orders, dispatch, communicate with your drivers and resume operations on a limited basis.
We offer these services to any of our customers who have been affected by the storm. Don’t worry about the cost, as we will be providing them to you free of charge until you regain control of your operations. Don’t worry about paying your November invoice for a while either. You can catch up on that after things get back to some semblance of normal.
