Jennifer Petrigliano

Customer Support Manager

Jennifer Petrigliano joined Datatrac in 2004 as a Support Analyst. She was promoted to Team Lead in 2006 and to Customer Support Manager in 2010. Prior to her tenure at Datatrac, she received a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia. She served in Application, Unix and hardware support while working for Infinite Solutions and also at Avnet. In addition to her role as Support Manager, Jennifer assists with Custom Project management, Legacy Product QA and customer license requests.

Jennifer plays in multiple tennis leagues including ALTA (Atlanta Lawn Tennis Association), USTA, and T2. She also enjoys reading and walks with her Weimaraner Maggie.
