Datatrac’s team just returned from the Messenger Courier Association of the America’s Annual Meeting in New Orleans. It was a great experience seeing old friends, making new ones and getting a very good response to what we’re doing with Ascend, Datatrac for Drivers and Wintao Global’s Warehouse product, WMSimple. The organization now has a new name that reflects a more forward thinking approach to last segment delivery as they are now the CLDA, the Customized Logistics Delivery Association. We were pleased to have Zhaoren Li and Yale Zhang from Wintao Global and Bill Ho from Fresh Start Logistics at the show with us. We received great feedback from customers (“Datatrac is the only software company I’ve ever trusted — your people are the best”) and some leads on possible new business. As always, it was great to be with the members of our industry.
